The Department of Health is seeking an individual to join the International Recruitment, Services and Programs (IRSP) Branch under the Talent Recruitment Division as an Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHP) Coordinator, in Fredericton.
Reporting to the operational manager of the IEHP navigation services, the IEHP Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of initiatives related to the recruitment, employment, credential recognition, and integration of internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs) in New Brunswick.
As an Internationally Educated Health Professionals Coordinator, you will:
- Support the implementation of multi-year provincial initiatives for internationally educated healthcare professionals;
- Work collaboratively within the IEHP Navigation Team in supporting Francophone and Anglophone candidates and liaising with healthcare employers, regulatory bodies, immigration partners, settlement organizations, and other stakeholders as required;
- manage multiple candidate files and provide client-centred navigation support related to credential recognition, immigration readiness, employment pathways, and professional registration processes;
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), as well as SharePoint;
- Assess eligibility for support programs and funding initiatives, contributing to reporting and IRSP planning activities, identifying emerging trends and barriers impacting IEHP pathways, and supporting the ongoing refinement of navigation tools, resources, and operational processes;
- Other related duties may be assigned as required in support of provincial IRSP priorities.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Health, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in client service, workforce development, healthcare navigation services, or program coordination.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability on your application

In the event that this competition poses difficulties in recruiting a qualified candidate, a covering off appointment at a lower level may be made. In that case, candidates with less than the required related years of experience may also be considered.
Asset Qualifications: Preference may be given to candidates that possess one or more of the following asset qualifications:
- Experience working with healthcare regulatory organizations;
- Experience supporting internationally educated healthcare professionals (IEHPs);
- Experience using CRM systems ex; Salesforce, data management, or reporting tools.
Candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications, in addition to the essential qualifications, in order to be given further consideration.

Salary: $53,742 to $75,114 per annum (Pay Band 3)
